Return & Refund Policy – Mastermade
In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

1. Return Conditions:
• The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
• Items not eligible for return: custom-made or personalized goods, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).

2. How to Request a Return:
• Send an email to [mastermade111@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide return instructions, including the return address.

 3. Shipping Costs:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods:
● If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
