2. Scope
These Terms govern all purchases made on www.mastermade.shop and all related digital platforms.
3. Products & Pricing
All prices are expressed in Euro (EUR) and include Italian VAT unless otherwise stated. Product colours and finishes may vary slightly due to production or display differences.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely via WooPayments / Stripe, supporting:
- Credit & Debit Cards
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer (on request)
Charges occur upon order confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours via Poste Italiane, GLS, UPS, or DHL.
- 🇮🇹 Italy: 2–5 business days
- 🇪🇺 European Union: 4–8 business days
- 🌍 Outside EU: delivery time may vary
Tracking details are provided by email once dispatched.
6. Returns & Withdrawal Policy
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
- Custom prints, underwear, earrings, and hygiene products are non-returnable.
Return Shipping Costs:
- 🇮🇹 Italy → Paid 100 % by Seller
- 🇪🇺 EU → 50 % Buyer / 50 % Seller
- 🌍 Outside EU → Paid 100 % by Buyer
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days after inspection.
For returns, email support@mastermade.shop with subject: “Return Request + Order No.”
7. Warranty & Faulty Items
All products carry a 24-month statutory warranty for manufacturing defects. Faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement, repair, or refund will be arranged as appropriate.
8. Taxes & Invoices
Prices include VAT for EU customers. Invoices are issued upon request. Non-EU buyers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
MASTERMADE complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Data are processed solely for legitimate purposes: order management, support, marketing (with consent), and legal compliance. See full Privacy Policy below.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction: Court of Rome (RM), Italy, unless otherwise required by EU consumer law. EU customers may access Online Dispute Resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
